Led the assessment, due diligence, and board oversight for an equity co-investment in a live entertainment company which underwent dramatic growth over a 2-year period and was sold at a 3x MOIC to a billion dollar capitalization, live entertainment company.

Led the assessment, due diligence & board oversight for an equity co-investment in a live entertainment touring exhibition (major media franchise IP license) that was acquired after a 2 year holding period by a Chinese media company at a 3x MOIC.

Led the assessment, due diligence, and oversight of an equity co-investment in a North America stage production adaptation of a branded, live entertainment property, which generated a 63% IRR and a 1.9x multiple on invested capital over an 18-month period.

Led the financing, production, and management of one of the most successful stage production shows in Las Vegas Nevada and generated a 69% IRR and a 1.7x multiple on invested capital over the course of 12-months.

Greg Young

Founder / Managing Partner

Beginning in the mailroom at Triad Artist Agency (later to become William Morris Agency), Greg Young (Founder / Managing Partner) has acted in the capacities of Agent, Manager, IP/Brand Mgt., Venue owner, as well as a Tony Award and Drama Desk winning Theatrical Producer with a reputation built on tenacity and ingenuity. Young has a longstanding history of producing and managing hits on Broadway, National Tours, large-scale Exhibitions, and Award-Winning Las Vegas Residencies with a track record of creating significant value through acquisition and development.Young has produced over 2,500 concerts and over 40 Broadway shows, national tours, and IP exhibitions throughout the domestic US and Asia playing stadiums, arenas, theaters, clubs, and festival grounds. Young has negotiated and managed multimillion-dollar production budgets and sponsorships while developing creative business solutions to optimize bottom-line performance in tandem with a few of America’s most respected artists, brands, agencies, and corporations. More specifically, Young has acquired a special ‘turn around’ skillset with a proven track record of reincarnating brands; be it venues, artists, or corporate client(s) initiatives by identifying undervalued assets that can be curated to exploit in the marketplace.Young is a business graduate from Pepperdine University and Imperial College London, remains an active member of the League of American Theaters and Producers since 1997.
